Meet Alexis D'Souza
Founder and CEO
I have over 8 years of experience in the recruitment world, and have carved my path focusing on leadership and technical specialties while embracing the diversity of roles spanning in marketing, administrative and supply chain domains.
Most of my career I spent at a staffing agency where I helped in constructing startup teams and scouting top-tier talent for mid-sized enterprises. My time was spent recruiting on technical roles, overseeing multiple client accounts, and leading a recruit, sales and account management teams.
I founded AD Consulting Solutions to return to the core essence of what I love most about recruiting. To create and scale engineering teams, and to build intimate relationships with clients so I understand their business, as if I we’re a part of it.
Who am I? I am a true Seattlelite and still reside here today, but occasionally venture to California in winter months to escape the rain. I love to be outside whether that be snowboarding, walking my dog Winston, camping in the mountains, or relaxing by the beach.
